Incorrect Address Policy
Because our fulfillment systems are highly automated, orders are pushed to our global suppliers almost instantly. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping details entered at checkout are 100% correct. If you notice a typo, please contact us at bythepopulardemand@gmail.com within 2 hours of purchase. We cannot reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrect address once they have left our warehouse.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking status shows that your item has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local postal carrier first. EverNuzzle is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery. However, if your package is officially declared lost in transit by the courier prior to delivery, we will reship your item at zero extra cost to you.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging. Once we receive it, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method — no restocking fees.
Once your returned item reaches us, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. We'll email you the moment it's on its way back to your account.
